Hands on experience with a wide variety of clientele types is the best way to learn the human body. Collin has helped and coached clients in all aspects of fitness, from general health improvement to sport-specific strength and conditioning.
Originally from Rochester, NY, Collin has been practicing in the health and wellness industry for over 8 years. Holding a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Pre-Health Professions from the University at Buffalo, and a Behavioral Nutrition Certification from Precision Nutrition, Collin has the prerequisites to accompany many lifestyle changes. Collin has gained expertise in multiple fields of health and wellness including general population fitness, corrective exercise, sport-specific strength and conditioning, nutritional intervention, and holistic medical approaches. He has served clinical hours under some of the top cardiologists and endocrinologists around, and continues to add diversified experience to his resume. Currently, Collin is in his third season as an off-season Strength and Conditioning coach for the Buffalo Bills. He has also worked with the Buffalo Sabres during development camp. Collin has multiple certifications in Personal Training, CPR/AED, First Aid, and Nutritional Counseling, and is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
